Our Process
When you fill out an application it goes directly to our experienced recruiters. We'll give you a call or send you an email to learn all about you and your nursing goals. Once you become an Adventure Nursing nurse, we'll find you an assignment in a city you want to explore. We send you an in-depth look at the benefits you'll receive on your assignment as well as anything is taken out. Together, we'll enjoy monthly check-ins to make sure your journey is going smoothly, and toward the end of your assignment, we'll go back to the drawing board to decide where you want to travel to next!
FAQ's & Answers
How do I choose my job?
When talking to your recruiter, you'll discuss your preferences regarding locations, hospitals, and anything else that you might want out of your assignment. Your recruiter will look for assignments that meet your needs.
How Long is a contract?
Your contract with Adventure Nursing is on an assignment-to-assignment basis giving you the ability to choose assignments that fit your lifestyle. We staff travel contracts ranging from 4-52 weeks (though typically 13 weeks) as well as Per Diem (PRN) assignments.
What makes Adventure nursing Transparent?
At Adventure Nursing we advocate for the nurse, we do what is best for you every time and we make sure you know what is happening at every step. Instead of keeping you in the dark like other companies, we show you step by step where your money is coming from and going to, and that is transparency.
How do you keep your prices low and flat rate?
When creating Adventure Nursing, we had two goals in mind: give our nurses the money they earn while showing them exactly where their money is coming from. By keeping our staff small and our overhead costs low, we are able to provide exceptional service without taking out all the fees the other staffing agencies take. Our flat-rate cost keeps our company up and running allowing us to find you the best assignments, be there for you around the clock every day of the week, and provide you with benefits to keep you happy and healthy. Everything else goes directly to you.
How much Experience do I need to Work with Adventure Nursing?
We accept travel nurses who have at least two years of experience, with one year of recent experience in the specialty you are applying for.
